Airborne Return Policy
At Airborne, each product is uniquely crafted upon order to provide you with exclusive, high-quality items. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy:
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a complimentary replacement or a full refund. To initiate this process, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery. We require clear photographs showing the issue to proceed with a reprint or refund.
How to Report an Issue
To report a problem with your order:
1. Email us at orders@airborneflag.com describing the issue.
2. Upload up to 5 photos or a video clearly depicting the problem.
3. Tell us if you are “Requesting A Refund” or “Requesting Reprint.”
4. Our team will promptly reply to you with status and outline next steps.
Non-Defective Returns
As all products are made to order, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. To assist you in making informed purchasing decisions, we provide detailed sizing charts and product descriptions on each product page.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into production. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications after the order has been confirmed.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or was unclaimed, you may opt for a reprint at an additional cost or receive a partial refund.
