Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped via UPS ground delivery unless otherwise specified in your order.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges unless promoted on the site or noted on your invoice, including the additional cost of shipping should you choose to upgrade the shipping service.
In stock items or orders placed before 3pm EST will likely ship on the same day of the order (certain restrictions may apply.)
Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed on the following day.
Tracking information will be emailed to you.
Proofread your order carefully before submitting your order for processing. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but may not be limited to, extra shipping charges. If you provide an invalid address and any correction needs to be made by a carrier, you will be charged a fee of $10.00 per carton for standard ground orders and $15.00 per carton for expedited orders.
APO/FPO orders ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail only. Expedited shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses. Please call or e-mail us for an accurate quote for shipping timeframe and cost.

Damage Claims
Please contact us at 800-258-3524 or orders@airborneflag.com with all claims for damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We cannot be held responsible for damages to items as a result of faulty package handling on the part of the shipping party.
Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing the merchandise has not been used and is in its original packaging. Return shipment is at the purchaser’s expense. You must contact us at 800-258-3524 and ask for a RA# (return authorization number). You must write the number on the shipping carton and on the original packing slip which should be included inside the carton for proper identification of the return. Credit will be applied to your credit card once the return has been received and inspected.

NYL-GLO®
Annin Nyl-Glo® flags are made from our exclusive SolarGuard® treated material giving them extended resistance to UV rays. Annin uses a remarkably strong, lightweight nylon weave so the flags wave in the lightest breeze. Nyl-Glo® flag sets are available for indoor and outdoor use. Flags 15′ x 25′ are finished with reinforcing corner patches on the fly hem.
